THE AERC 2020–2025 STRATEGIC PLAN

This AERC Strategic Plan 2020-2025 reflects the concerted efforts of the AERC
stakeholders, whose valuable input has been incorporated in the document. We take
this opportunity to thank all of them for giving us so much food for thought during the
process of consultation and drafting of the Strategic Plan. We would like to thank the
AERC Board of Directors for approving the AERC Strategic Plan 2020-2025 and taking up
the responsibility for overseeing and monitoring its implementation.

We now invite you to join hands with us to help grow this highly ranked network of
numerous arms, including research, training and policy outreach, with a substantial
emphasis on capacity building that offers a diverse, yet integrated, set of products
and services under one roof. AERC serves as a multi-entry point for policy makers,
development partners and other stakeholders for evidence-based policy making aimed
at achieving economic transformation in SSA economies.
