THE AERC 2020–2025 STRATEGIC PLAN

Although AERC has not evaluated the direct impact of its policy convening at the Biannual
Plenaries and Senior Policy Seminars, there is anecdotal evidence that these exchanges
of research and policy recommendations have influenced legislation at the national level
and have shaped reform strategies at the regional level around trade and integration.
