Farmers Training, Uganda- February 2-3, 2023
February 8, 2023A farmers training was held on February 2-3, 2023, at the Marriot Hotel, Kampala, Uganda to impart knowledge on entrepreneurship in agribusiness. The meeting was graced by Dr. Dick Kamuganga, the President of the Uganda National Farmers Federation (UNFFE). Drawn from all regions of Uganda, the farmers were taken through concepts of farming as a business, financing agribusiness, credit management, and risk management among other subjects. Several farmers displayed their products including honey, pre- cooked beans, processed cassava and the orange-fleshed sweet potato.
