Since 2014, the Africa Think Tank Summit has served as a convening platform for knowledge sharing and policy dialogue with a special focus on think tanks. The 2025 edition continues this legacy by focusing on the critical issue of taxation and domestic resources mobilization through effective Public Financial Management (PFM), an area pivotal to fiscal sovereignty, sustainable development, and accountable governance. Convened by the African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) under the African Think Tank Platform (ATTP) Project, the Summit offers a unique space for collaboration, innovation, and actionable solutions.
